The good news is that we are not stuck with our current “swimming ability.” We can improve, as long as we’re willing to do the work.

    • Every day I realize that I have more endurance than I thought. The Universe provides it, there’s never a question. It is I who wastes energy questioning if I will have enough energy! Glad you liked the post.
